Job Description
Camp;W Services is a 1.4B arm of the Cushman amp; Wakefield organization that provides real estate facility services, including maintenance amp; engineering and janitorial for businesses in a variety of industries. We have a population of almost 12K across US and Canada, 85% of whom are front-line employees.
We are looking for an intern to join our technology team and provide technical support to our operations and services organizations. In this role, you will work with our Product Support team, learning about and participating in all areas of the product life cycle for the technologies in our remit. You will be exposed to all technologies our account teams use as Camp;W Services delivers maintenance amp; engineering, janitorial, and other types of facility services. For example, you will be part of the team that designs and implements Facilio, a CMMS for work order management, inventory management and quality assurance. You will also participate in the onboarding of a smart restroom sensor and IoT technology, as well as the deployment of Relay, a front-line worker communication and tracking technology, and more.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and manage products at various stages of the product life cycle.
- Provide technical problem-solving and root cause analysis support for field issues and new product development.
- Participate in vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and invoicing.
- Participate in product implementation for new amp; existing clients.
- Help manage user access and ideate process improvements in this space.
- Participate in special projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying towards a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Information Systems Management degree
