CW Enterprise Data and Analytics Intern

The Enterprise Technology Data team is looking for an intern to join the team for the summer. We are seeking a responsible and motivated Intern to join our group. The successful candidate will be working under the guidance and supervision of a member of the Enterprise Technology team to assist with various projects while experiencing broad exposure to the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data analysis of new data sets in preparation for standardized reporting
• Identification of critical ‘source’ to ‘target’ data mapping logic to establish data lineage between systems
• Testing of new reports to ensure report functions correctly, outputs accurate data and meets end user requirements
• Exploration of new trends in enterprise data including possible tool evaluations/comparisons and exploration of new functionality
• Working on documentation for end users
• Collaborate with other teams on development of visualizations and analytics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proficient with Excel functionality for data analysis
• Basic understanding of data tables, rows/columns, SQL querying

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in Unix, Linux, SQL, PL/SQL
