Due to growth, we have the following position available:

Desktop Support in Amarillo, Tx.

Requirements

In this junior level position, you will be providing on-site hardware and software support to our clients, and assisting the help desk and other areas as needed in our busy MSP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science or Computer Technology or combination of equivalent experience is required; Associate's Degree and equivalent work experience would be considered
• New College graduates welcome to apply!
• Working knowledge of hardware and software required; LAN experience preferred
• Desktop a/o previous help desk support preferred
• Certifications are a plus, but not necessary
• Use of MS Office in an office environment preferred
• Solid customer service skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Inside amp; outside (office)

Equipment Used: (Office equipment, software, etc.)

Office equipment, computer, telephone

Physical Requirements:

Normal Office

Medium work (lift 60 lbs.)

The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear

Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle
