The Role:
We are on the lookout for two skilled Full Stack Developers to bolster our team, focusing on the continuous enhancement of our mobile platform and the integration with our administrative web application, Wilson, hosted on the AWS cloud environment.Ideal candidates should bring a robust background in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AWS services such as EC2,AWS Appsync, Opensearch, L ambda, S3, and RDS to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with the team to architect, implement, and refine features that elevate the functionality and user experience of our mobile platform, ensuring seamless interaction with Wilson for backend management and analytics.
In addition to your prowess in AWS, having experience or familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services will be highly regarded, enhancing our platform's versatility and integration capabilities. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, stellar communication skills for effective teamwork, and a keen eye for detail in coding and infrastructure design. You'll be expected to stay ahead of the curve on technological advancements, contribute innovative solutions, and guide junior developers in their growth. Core Responsibilities:

What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using AWS services like EC2, AWS Appsync, OpenSearch, Lambda, S3, and RDS
- Integrate and enhance the functionality of our mobile platform with the administrative web application, Wilson, hosted on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and refine features that improve user experience and platform functionality
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack
- Mentor junior developers and provide ongoing support for product development on an agile team
Requirements
We’re excited about you because you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on AWS services
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Comp - Salary - $80K-120K
