You will own the Stellar Cyber platform level services and components from a product perspective including but not limited to Stellar Cyber’s SaaS offering, Data Processor component (enrichment, analysis, big data), Stellar Cyber’s SaaS and On Prem release strategy, public facing APIs, and compound features requiring multiple services. You will work closely with customers, Stellar Cyber field teams, and development teams to closely prioritize the development of the core platform, accelerate the velocity and reliability of our software, and advance key architectural components. This role is technical in nature, you will need to deeply understand Stellar Cyber’s architecture, build process, release process, and customer base. Additionally, you will work on the broader product vision and strategy with the product management team, work closely with the development team to execute, work closely with our field teams and customers to ensure the product is successful. You must be able to go deep into the product and cybersecurity generally to develop features, while being able to develop a product strategy to advance our company.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for the core platform, Data Processor, release process, and public APIs
- Continuously prioritize the integration roadmap associated with areas of ownership
- Work with customers to understand workflows, use cases, and requirements that affect the core platform
- Manage the release process spanning a global SaaS fleet and a global On Prem customer base
- Interview users to discover product opportunities and validate designs
- Collaborate with the product management team on full vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper design of features and fixes that drive customer outcomes
- Support field teams in shipping product, supporting customers, and closing deals
- Perform product analysis on platform and user trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
- 3+ years experience as a technical product or program manager at a software company
- Strong technical skills in software architecture, DevOps, cloud technologies, and APIs
- Experience managing products with both a SaaS and On Prem deployment offering
- Excellent oral, written, analytic, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and effective in a fluid environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
