Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Supervisor, everyday you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed/requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc. Additionally, you will Maintain adequate maintenance supply inventory, responsible for selecting and ordering supplies and monitoring maintenance supply budget. Greenway (196 Units) is a beautiful apartment community in Minneapolis, MN and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:
Maintenance Supervisor Experience
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
