Your Responsibilities:
·Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
·Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
·Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
·Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
·To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
·Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
·Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
·Master's degreein Marriage and Family Therapy
·Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
·Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
·Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
