We are in search of a committed full-time Physical Therapist who will play a crucial role in aiding patients on their journey to regain mobility and reach their peak performance. Your responsibilities will include improving the quality of life and movement abilities across various aspects such as promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. You will join our team consisting of two physical therapists and one PTA, as we strive to provide exceptional care and prioritize our patients' well-being.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet patients' objectives and needs.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour.
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is required.
• Administer cost-effective therapies to enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Propose non-surgical alternatives to reduce reliance on medication.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
• Provide high-quality, personalized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
• Motivate and support patients throughout treatment to maximize their functionality.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
• Accurately document the services provided to patients.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR Software such as WebPT.
