HR Generalist - US (m/f/d)

This role is a remote position, but it could become hybrid with the need to commute occasionally to the office once we open up our US entity.
If you are a HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of the US labour laws and have a passion for supporting the wider business, this role could be for you:
Here's what you'll do:
- Act as the primary contact for our external l payroll provider in the US
- Manage and support employee onboarding processes in the US
- First point of contact for all HR related inquiries by US employees
- Support international recruitment tasks, including coordinating interviews and pre-screening candidates
- Serve as the main point of contact for Employer of Records (EOR) partners in the Americas region
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures in the US
- Support and administer various HR projects
Requirements
Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an international context.
- Good knowledge of US labour laws and regulations.
- Familiar with international payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Please be aware, you would be hired initially as an Employee of Record, and once our US office is up and running, you will then switch to the local entity.
