Key Responsibilities

• Inbox and Social Media Management: Efficiently handle inboxes and actively manage social media accounts. This includes direct messages, comments, and fostering audience engagement.
• Content Creation and Management: Utilize Canva to design appealing templates, craft engaging captions, and strategically schedule content across various platforms.
• Video and Audio Editing: Provide support in editing video and audio content, using tools like CapCut and Final Cut Pro.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Be ready to assist with a variety of tasks or projects that may arise spontaneously, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Platforms: Google Suite, LastPass, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Wix, Vimeo, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro

Requirements

• Experience: Must have prior experience in the entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of EPK: Familiarity with Electronic Press Kits.
• Communication Skills: Strong writing ability, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Initiative: A self-starter, capable of working independently.
