Hire Resolve's client, a reputable tax consulting firm, is looking for a skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join their team. As a Tax Associate, you will work closely with clients, providing them with expert tax advice and helping them navigate complex tax regulations and laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in preparing and filing tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct thorough research on tax issues and stay up to date with tax laws and regulations
- Provide recommendations to clients regarding tax planning and optimization strategies
- Assist with tax audits and respond to tax authorities' inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality tax services to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or working towards CPA qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, laws, and procedures
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Salary: $65K/yr - $75K/yr, competitive salary depending on candidate experience in public accounting/accounting
