Your Mission

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our fast-growing Financial Planning and Analysis team. Reporting to our Commissions Manager, you will be supporting the team to generate, analyze, and ensure successful payment of internal and external commissions on Nuvei products/services.

The commissions analyst must have a fine eye for the details. Any errors and discrepancies need to be addressed quickly to ensure a seamless experience for our client base. In this role, deadlines are critical, and time-management is a must. The candidate will utilize the commissions database/other internal systems to generate trusted compensation. Part of your role will also include preparation of financial reporting inputs while having the opportunity to serve our clients with any periodic requests. Requirements

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate internal/external commission reports on a monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc basis
• Identify financial risks/impacts to Nuvei and our external partners
• Reconcile and investigate discrepancies in reporting
• Generate payment files to be processed by Accounts Payable
• Ownership of the commissions database
• Analyze financial data for trends/discrepancies
• Maintain controls to ensure accuracy of the reporting
• Introduce new products into existing processes

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Preferably with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years Payment Industry experience.
• 1-2 years experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or other related field (may include relevant coursework)
• Ability to synthesize and analyze financial data
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge
• Remarkable verbal and written communications skills
• Appetite to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SQL
• Deadline focus and exceptional time management
