POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager, Healthcare Brand Marketing position is an important role within Kate Farms Brand Marketing Team. You will be responsible for marketing initiatives that are specific to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) and vital to our business. You will collaborate extensively with Brand Marketing team members and with agencies and cross-functional colleagues to create, align, and execute strategic plans that accelerate the uptake of our brands within the medical community to achieve business plan goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Help drive U.S. brand sales and share growth for new and existing brands through patient/consumer/caregiver demand derived from HCP recommendations.

- Develop and roll out strategic plans that provide clear, actionable direction in the medical channel.

- Support the creation of best-in-class HCP campaigns that are insight-driven and translate science into relevant and compelling communications and programs. Develop HCP journey, strategy, and related content development.

- Work effectively across functions to develop and deliver HCP Marketing materials and Medical Sales toolkits that drive strong execution.

- Leverage digital platforms to effectively engage and complement/extend reach across targeted healthcare audiences.

- Develop and coordinate creative assets for Digital and Professional Services tactics.

- Maintain Professional Marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of budget trackers.

- Partner with Business and Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to track key Healthcare Marketing metrics and continually improve plans to maximize impact.

- Assist with market research projects to deliver powerful insights across target HCP audiences as the basis for short and long-term brand growth.

- Responsible for initiation of Content Review process with Medical, Legal and Regulatory for assigned brands.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- BA/BS degree. MBA strongly preferred.

- 4+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of professional success in a marketing role within healthcare and/or nutrition-related field; strong experience executing marketing plans.

- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects to meet timelines and partnering within teams and across cross-functional teams is required.

- Must have experience with brief development for tactical projects across multiple target segments.

- Must have analytical reasoning and related skills.

- Possess exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and ability to follow-up effectively with all staffing levels, vendors, and customers.

- Experience using project management systems (Wrike). Experience with MS Office suite, and Veeva CRM preferred.
