Alation is hiring for a Sales Compensation Analyst who will partner with cross-functional teamsincluding sales operations, IT, finance, accounting, professional services, and sales to implementand administer the global sales compensation programs and plans.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Management of sales details, quota loads, and transaction loads in Xactly.
  • Administration, calculation, and processing of sales rep variable pay plans andcommissions.
  • Help resolve commission inquiries.
  • Provide support on projects for process improvement.
  • Identify areas of process optimization and automation for Sales Compensationprocesses.
  • Create and maintain documentation for sales compensation processes.
  • Assistance with audit requests
  • Ad-hoc requests and assignments
Who You Are:
  • Display excellent analytical and quantitative skills to meet important deadlines.
  • Look for process improvements and efficiencies to improve workflow.
  • Practice sound time management skills to meet important deadlines.
  • Process and review data with accuracy.
  • Timely and accurately communicate sensitive information.
  • Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
You Should Have:
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills (Knowledge of Xactly Incent is a must).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role would be preferred.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-friendly results.
  • Auditing experience a plus.
The base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty, and training. If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.#LI-RB1#LI-Remote
