Essential Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Manage the waitlist during peak hours, providing estimated wait times.
- Seat guests promptly, ensuring fair and efficient table assignments.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and informative responses to menu-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills with the ability to count back change.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a host/hostess, busser, or server role desired.
