Essential Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or requests.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the server station, including restocking supplies, wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping the floor.
Requirements
- Currently have food handler certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience as a server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
