Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise our front-of-house team.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison for guests, guiding them to and from tasting tours.
- Assist customers with purchasing wine and wine products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Knowledge of different types of wine desired.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a winery or retail beverage environment desired.
