This position requires working onsite at our office in Phoenix, AZ (near the Phoenix Zoo) 4-5 days per week. Local candidates only, please. Salad and Go is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process; ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity statistics, to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including sending out onboarding materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Coordinate the background check process for prospective employees and ensuring timely completion of checks.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of I-9 forms for new hires, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring alignment between interviewers' availability and candidates' schedules.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, background checks, and I-9 compliance.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (Workday preferred).
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in organization, prioritization and reporting analysis skills.
