Job Description

It brings words, data and teams together, empowering researchers to design more intelligent trials, master complexity and reach milestones faster.

The Global Program Manager position will manage implementation programs with our customers. This role will engage with customers from implementation through deployment and support strategy and roadmap execution for a product that solves real problems for our customers. This position will help shape the way Faro executes on small, medium, and large implementation programs as part of Faro’s ongoing product evolution and delivery methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and foster customer relationships while guiding our customers from implementation through deployment to ensure customer success and promote adoption
  • Leverage strategic organizational business acumen to navigate and shepherd customer champions and sponsors
  • Conduct initial or phase customer gap (technology, process, resource) assessments to ensure a smooth implementation process
  • Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with the product team for the delivery of iterative improvements, requirements, and design and drive product capabilities that meet customer/market needs
  • Engage with customers to demonstrate and articulate the value of our products, while soliciting feedback and data to inform the product vision and roadmap through a product feedback loop process
  • Manage program delivery while ensuring customer success
  • Demonstrate flexibility to pivot to high priority projects based on business needs

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life science, statistics or engineering discipline
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • 8+ years working with life science companies with a demonstrated understanding of drug development processes and clinical technologies preferred
  • Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for pharma customers
  • Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
  • Ability to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to effectively influence at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes
  • Familiarity with clinical trial technologies (e.g., EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, TMF)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and information governance frameworks (e.g. ICH, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
  • Excellent team player with demonstrated track record of success in a cross-functional team environment. Consistent commitment to delivering on team goals with a sense of shared urgency.
  • Experience managing customers, vendors and partnering with collaborators to deliver according to contracts and plans
  • Some travel may be required

Benefits

Salary

  • Salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000
  • Salary listed reflects the base salary only and does not include other elements of total compensation
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
