The Inside Sales Rep will be someone that is eager, highly motivated and ready to build the business! This talented individual will have enhanced abilities to make calls from our extensive database, as well as, outsourcing to find more business to venture on. You are a vital role in our company in order to provide expansion to the organization. Your ability to provide absolute excellence, in customer service, will be vital. This position is set to be a part-time or a full-time position, working M-F from 8:30am 5pm our a flexible schedule that works for you in our Blue Island office. - A proven strong skill set in Microsoft Office Applications and high proficiency in computer knowledge
- Strong abilities to author Business correspondence and develop email marketing campaigns
- Strong Social Media marketing experience preferred
- Inside Sales, Telemarketing or Call Center experience required
- Successful Business to Business sales experience strongly preferred
- Driven and highly motivated professional with a self-starter mentality to grow the business
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
- Develop leads and work with our existing database of opportunities
- Identify potential clients and accounts as key business development and generate interest
- Consistent, daily, cold calling and initial emails with excellent ability to follow up
- Understand future prospects needs and requirements based on Guardian Security Services interests and standards
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail in reports and maintains call records
- Sends reports to principals detailing number of sales calls, intro letters sent, and other sales metric reports
- Education/Experience: Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED required, however, a college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred and will consider work experience.

- Physical Demands: Minimal physical demands for this position. May require some light lifting(25lb or less), bending, twisting and reaching.
