Assistant Manager, TikTok Shops Affiliate Marketing

Tarte cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Manager of TikTok Shops Affiliate Marketing. This role will play a crucial role in driving sales through the development and execution of TikTok affiliate marketing strategies, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to maintain influencer relationships, analyze performance data, and ensure the success of our affiliate program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Tarte Cosmetics' affiliate program on TikTok to drive sales and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to recruit new affiliates and influencers to the program.
• Partner with TikTok Shops on new creator and affiliate program initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team on affiliate program performance.
• Conduct research to survey the competitive landscape in the beauty industry, particularly on TikTok.
• Identify emerging trends, best practices, and competitive strategies to inform Tarte Cosmetics' affiliate marketing approach.
• Develop and implement a TikTok-specific affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging TikTok content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of influencer codes and update master influencer databases regularly.
• Monitor and capture influencer performance metrics in real-time to track the effectiveness of affiliate partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in running affiliate and marketing programs, preferably in the beauty, fashion or wellness industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and social media marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
