Must be able to work 3rd shift tentative hours of:

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 10pm - 6:30am (ending time is tentative)

Off nights of Tuesday and Saturday

Pay of $20/hour

Lead Loader/Shipper Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Depot manager and Depot supervisors.
• Handles the Shipping Department.
• Leads the shipping team to achieve the department's goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Makes sure shipping team completed Alchemy trainings on time.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities.
• Work with Depot management in planning the schedule.
• Provide a safe work environment by following Klosterman work safety policies and report any concerns to depot management.
• Follow Klosterman’s Food Safety Policy and report any concerns to depot management.
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents and Tray Return forms.
• Product Accountability
• Accurately and efficiently process all shipments of product.
• Track all product adjustments.
• Quality Control
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Inventory Management
• Manage stock levels to prevent overstock.
• Collaborate with management to optimize stock levels.
• Communication
• Communicate daily with the Transportation team.
• Communicate shipping status and concerns to depot management.
• Other
• All other duties as assigned.

Lead Loader/Shipper Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid Driver Licenses
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly, as the only assistance is with a hand dolly
• Previous experience in a warehouse position (preferred)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Candidate must be able to work overnight
