Job Description:
As an Integration HRBP at SALT Dental Collective, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth integration of new practices into our collective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective onboarding, integration, and alignment of the acquired practices with our culture and policies. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and practices, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate through complex integration projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position is located onsite in our Phoenix office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans for new practices, ensuring alignment with SALT's culture and HR practices.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new practices, including conducting orientation sessions, creating onboarding schedules, and coordinating with HR and IT teams for necessary setup.
- Conduct integration meetings with practice leaders and employees to discuss HR policies, practices, and benefits.
- Provide ongoing support to integrated practices, addressing HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support the integration process.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on HR-related integration activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a project or integration-related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
