Tooth amp; Tusk is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30
Qualifications:

- Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment
- Payment collections
- Insurance Verification
- Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
- Duties will be increased with more experience
- Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
- Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using medical software
- Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
