We are in search of an outstanding Associate Creative Director.
You can conceive extraordinary ideas in your sleep, and can just as easily inspire your team to create them. You understand the whole picture. That having the ideas is only one fraction of the process. And steering your team, client, vendors through the development and delivery phases right up to final execution is every bit as important.
You are affable, passionate and extremely good at forging relationships. You can work with your Creative Director, Account Managers, Producers to achieve the best results, and clients trust and seek out your expertise.
You are comfortable across multiple consumer channels but especially dangerous at live experiential, digital and social marketing.

Base salary range: $115K-$150K plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
