Job Description

Position Summary:

Join us as a SmartPlant Pamp;ID Administrator, where you'll spearhead the configuration, maintenance, and oversight of our SPID environment. Your expertise will ensure seamless adherence to client standards and procedures, acting as the go-to liaison between client stakeholders and project teams.

As our SPID SME you will:

• Represent ReVisionz, upholding our Core Values

• Efficiently manage database backups

• Serve as the central point of contact and expert

• Develop comprehensive documentation and procedures

• Configure the environment to meet client engineering standards

• Generate reports, drawings, and documents

• Provide user support and manage system access

• Produce required reports for projects and operations

• Extract and load data

• Ensure deliverables are updated as part of the Management of Change process

• Maintain database integrity and resolve issues

• Conduct data quality audits and implement corrective actions

• Identify areas for procedure enhancement and cost reduction

• Develop training materials and provide training

• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders

• Assist in developing data interfaces and integration methods with other systems.

Requirements

To excel in this role you will have 7 years direct experience as a SPID Administrator. Additionally, you'll need:

• Degree or certification in an engineering-related discipline, coupled with progressive experience in engineering software or IT technologies within owner/operator or EPC projects, from implementation to delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and the application of SPID in both project and operational contexts.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to customize presentations to meet specific customer requirements.

• Effective stakeholder engagement skills at various organizational levels.

• Analytical, diagnostic, project management, and problem-solving prowess.

• Proficiency in documenting methods, workflows, and training materials, along with the ability to deliver effective training and support to diverse user groups.

• Experience working with relational database storage systems like Oracle and SQL, as well as programming languages such as Visual Basic and C#.

• Capacity to analyze operational requirements and evaluate data processing technology.

• Skill in planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and troubleshooting system software.

• Ability to showcase SPID's reporting functions and capabilities.
