Position Overview:
Zenni is looking to hire a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPamp;A). The role will report to the Vice President of Finance and have significant exposure to the CEO and other executives. The Director of FPamp;A will develop a 360-degree view of Zenni and be responsible for budgeting, financial oversight, and planning for all business units. This role is highly visible and will interact frequently with the C-Level executives and various business leaders across the company.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and strategy, demonstrate a collaborative approach to problem solving, provide an excellent analytical toolkit, and be passionate about Zenni’s mission of making eyewear affordable and accessible. Experience in high-growth e-commerce companies, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and / or management consulting are preferred.

As of 01/01/2024, the expected annual compensation range for this position is $180-280K. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs.
