CBH Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Assistant. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in accounts payable, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, maintaining vendor records, and addressing any inquiries or issues related to accounts payable.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
This is a full-time position based at our office in Nampa, Idaho.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish
