Requirements
As our chosenMaintenance Supervisor, everyday you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues.Rogue Leais a beautiful manufactured home community in theGrants Pass, ORand we want YOU to be ourMaintenance Supervisor!
To thrive in this role:
Prior experience performing light maintenance duties such as light plumbing (ability to change sub meter), carpentry, electrical (ability to diagnose street lamp outages) and meter reads
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Excellent time management skills
Valid drivers license
Landscaping, ability to maintain tools and equipment. Pool care experience preferred. Septic and Well knowledge preferred
