About the Role
The Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing superior guest service to ensure that all guests have unforgettable experiences.
Position Responsibilities
- Must have acute attention to detail, can be flexible and adjust to their surroundings, are well versed in overall beverage knowledge, and are able to have fun and seem carefree in a very fast-paced environment.
- Take orders from guests and communicate orders to the service bar and restaurant through POS terminal.
- Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests within the vicinity and promptly bring to a Manager’s attention.
- Engage in staff activities and promotions to energize the space for the guests
- Marketing and promoting pool specific events both on property and in public venues
- Engages guests with infinite amounts of energy.
- Actively encourage guests to participate in the social experience by posting and tagging
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak amp; Understand)
- Minimum of 6 months prior Restaurant or Beverage Service experience, in high volume, fast paced food or beverage, nightclub or pool setting.
- Possess a high-energy/enthusiastic attitude and approach, as well as a fun and outgoing personality is key to this position.
