Requirements
As our chosenRegional Manager,everyday you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the communities and general administration and maintenance aspects of the properties; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is always maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. The position requires 30-70% travel and we are looking for a strongLEADER in the state of Oregon!
On a daily, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing, and terminating all on-site personnel.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure staff performance
- Visit sites and make recommendations for improvements
Bonus Skills
- Yardi Voyager experience PLUS
- Manage America experience PLUS
- Prior Property Management Regional experience
- Leadership Skills MUST
