The Ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on leader with deep business acumen, strategic insight, sound judgment, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help us lead an extraordinary team. Our People Operations leader will oversee all aspects of our People practices and processes. To us, a People Ops leader is the go-to person for all employee-related issues and helps management to drive growth and performance of teams alongside culture. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as HR systems, compensation, benefits, compliance, Mamp;A, employee relations and people analytics.
