Parx Home Health Care of Tampa, formerly known as Seacoast Home Health is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse's to join our team. As one of our Registered Nurses, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home nursing care to our clients throughout Hillsborough County. The successful candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and have excellent clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct initial assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventative care strategies
• Document all care provided in electronic medical records accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical reviews

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience
• CPR certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
