Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is designed for a creative and strategic thinker who excels at generating impactful content across multiple channels. Your work will be instrumental in supporting our demand generation efforts, crafting thought leadership materials, and driving our sales pipeline through meticulously crafted eBooks, case studies, product content, articles, and social media posts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CMO and marketing team to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports demand generation and drives the sales pipeline.
  • Create compelling content for a variety of channels, including email, social media, our website, and direct marketing efforts.
  • Produce a wide range of campaign materials, including ad copy and email nurture sequences, to support ongoing marketing initiatives and engage potential customers.
  • Generate thought leadership content, such as eBooks, white papers, trend reports, webinars, and best practices guides, to establish our company as a leader in the email and multichannel solutions sector.
  • Manage and contribute to demand generation amp; social media efforts, ensuring our brand maintains a strong, positive presence across various platforms.
  • Utilize performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness and measure impact on target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, success teams, agencies, and partners to ensure content aligns with customer lifecycle stages from prospect to retention.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of web content, ensuring it is optimized for digital engagement.
  • Manage a content calendar that aligns with company goals and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience working within the email and multichannel solutions sector, bringing a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities. This background will enable the candidate to create highly relevant and impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within a software or technology environment.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing content strategies, including maintaining an editorial calendar aligned to key marketing initiatives, themes, and goals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms on behalf of a corporation or brand.
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting to retention.
  • Excellent digital and web skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to produce effective content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible hybrid/remote office environment.
