About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and growth by delivering high levels of business value, and cultivating deep customer relationships. The ideal candidate for this role is open to lending a hand in a number of facets of the business. Additional projects may include but will not be limited to addressing support requests from clients, creating and updating Help Center resources, and maintaining inbound chat inquiries from active users.This role would be a great fit for you if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and high energy environment, and are looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
