Ourly is looking for an interim talented Stock Compensation Administrator for a part time (10 - 15 hours per week) contract basis. As a Stock Compensation Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering the stock compensation programs for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and stock administration systems. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating on teams and loves the power of flexible work!

Requirements
- Proven experience in stock compensation administration
- Previous experience in stock compensation administration for public companies
- Strong knowledge of compensation and employee stock administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Familiarity with financial stocks and data management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with public companies
- Certified Stock Compensation Professional (CSCP) designation (preferred)
