Join the Pestie team full-time as a Retention Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term satisfaction and loyalty of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a creative and collaborative mindset.

Founded in 2018, Pestie is a DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, effective, and responsible pest control. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team. Our office environment is laidback, collaborative, and creative.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report on metrics directly related to customer retention, loyalty, and churn
• Field cancelation requests from customers
• Presenting insights, strategies, and results to the leadership team

• Utilize multiple channels (email, social media, etc.) to stay connected with customers

• Developing standard processes and procedures for customer retention, cancellations, account credits, refunds, etc alongside the leadership team

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales
• 2+ years of customer service experience
