Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a UX Lead - 9 Months Contract position on C2C in Seattle, WA, US.
The UX Lead is a senior designer with deep experience in all facets of UX and UI Design.
The UX Lead will have expertise working with customer stakeholders across many roles, and has experience creating, sharing, and driving the vision for innovative user centered design solutions.
Your previous experience as an interaction or web designer is a critical foundation to your roles as a UX Lead where you have:
Led UX/UI teams through all stages of an engagement.
Led workshops/meetings to identify business objectives, gather business and functional requirements and understanding from existing and prospective customers.
Worked with CX related practices such as Platforms, CRM, Analytics, and other related offerings.
Planned and presented Design Thinking workshops with internal and external groups including existing and prospective customers.
Had extensive experience in B2B solutions.
Had extensive experience in designing data driven solutions.
Experience in defining and creating user stories and working with development and technical stakeholders and teams.
Experience in working closely with development teams to convey design concepts and requirements and ensure execution matches design specs and quality standards.
Experience working on data-driven and back-end systems powering front-end user applications.
The UX Lead has excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
You are able to speak on key CX concepts, methods, best practices, approaches, and methodologies You are able to present, explain and defend wireframes/prototypes, diagrams, and user flows to team members. Your experience enables you to work well within Agile project development environments
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in concepting, solutioning, and executing complex UX and UI engagements encompassing all facets of user centered design.
Deep experience across all facets of Interaction and User Interface Design
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to speak and present to existing and prospective customers on key CX topics and trends.
Deep experience across multiple digital channels and solutions.
Ability to stay current and knowledgeable and present on latest best practices, trends, and standards in design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
Excellent self-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing excellent user-centered experiences and applications, including examples of work-in-progress illustrating your approach, thinking and process.
