Job Description
We are seeking an IT Strategy, Planning, and Project Management leader to join our IT leadership team and assist in shaping the future of our IT function. As the Associate Director, IT Strategy amp; Application Portfolio Management, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our IT strategy to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals, develop and implement digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the seamless operation of our IT department. This role will develop and implement processes to bring transparency and rigor to IT business solutions delivery, IT financial, and Vendor Management, enabling efficient IT operations, cost reductions and project transparency.
A successful person in this role will understand business priorities amp; problems and translate them into IT strategy. They will help leaders to look around corners by providing data-driven recommendations that improve the operations of the IT group. You will need a flexible skill set including the ability to think strategically, understand contracts and cost efficiency strategies while collaborating cross functionally.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Information Officer amp; Security Officer in making key business decisions by gathering relevant data and insights.
- Assist CIO in developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Lead multiple strategic initiatives at any given time; organize teams and manage budget, timelines and risk.
- Plan and execute IT leadership meetings including developing the agenda, participating in discussions, and tracking, following up on, and reporting on outcomes and action items.
- Develop and manage processes that efficiently manage IT vendors to increase value to the business.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs while delivering exceptional results.
- Manage vendors and contracts to drive down costs and delivery on SLA’s.
- Develop and manage IT Strategy amp; Project Management processes that enable initiatives to meet the business needs amp; objectives.
- Ability to understand business goals, design and implement new approaches, and influence improvements for the organization.
- Influential and credible with Senior Leadership and team members; able to manage meeting agendas, follow-ups and communication.
- Solutions focused and comfortable working in a demand driven environment.
- Use data and metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed.
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Provide Process Driven solutions by being highly organized with the ability to visualize the Big Picture and build a framework encompassing each step that is clean, simple, effective and efficient.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years or more of related strategy consulting and project management experience, ideally in complex, multi-team environments.
- 5+ years experience in Microsoft applications
- 3+ years experience in application portfolio management
- Great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand workflows and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Preferred experience within the advertising industry; and strong understanding of how advertising agencies operate.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across business functions, and at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple demands.
- High degree of professionalism, with ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate discretion.
