Position Overview:
As a licensed mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage amp; family therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage amp; Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of New York.
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year
