Staff Accountant (Hybrid)

The Staff Accountant will provide accounting and finance support through tracking and pulling reports, preparing documents for audits, and assisting the accounting and finance team as needed.

Essential Job Duties

• Prepare and post journal entries during month-end closing for multiple entities while adhering to deadlines
• Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations and analysis
• Reconcile and eliminate intercompany accounts during the monthly consolidation
• Reconcile bank statements
• Track and reconcile Fixed Assets for all entities
• Prepare documents for audits
• Partner with the Corporate Controller to improve financial processes
• Process wire and ACH payments
• Provide support for the Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable teams
• Ability to work under time constraints and ensure deadlines are met
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Windows-based Microsoft Office products
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookup, if statements, and pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance·
