The Elevator Pitch

As a key connector between Account Executives and the complex school procurement landscape, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives, fostering seamless connectivity and continuity. Your mission is to master the intricate web of school buying processes, making Evolv an accessible and preferred choice in safety solutions. Through education enablement and region-specific strategies, you'll overcome the challenges of engaging with diverse school decision-makers, ensuring our product suite is universally known and accessible. Your insights will streamline our sales approach, making the process of buying and selling Evolv more efficient and effective. Embark on this journey with us to empower schools, enlighten stakeholders, and champion a safer learning environment for students and staff nationwide.

Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

In the first 30 days, you will:

  • Participate in EvolvED, our new hire orientation
  • Forge strong relationships with Account Executives across every region, laying the groundwork for collaborative success.
  • Initiate meetings to grasp the unique political and safety climate of each region, ensuring tailored approaches.
  • Propose innovative strategies to invigorate K12 sales on a national scale.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Successfully implement strategic plans in at least two regions, demonstrating adaptability and impact.
  • Enhance school engagement, ensuring our safety solutions are top-of-mind and accessible.
  • Elevate confidence among AEs, empowering them with the knowledge and tactics to navigate the school sales landscape effectively.
  • Achieve strategic cohesion across regions, ensuring a unified and robust approach to our school strategy.

By the end of the first year, you will:

  • Establish a regular, effective communication cadence with each region, becoming a trusted advisor and strategist.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with every AE, marked by frequent interactions for deal assistance and strategic planning.
  • Translate new sales-energizing ideas into tangible actions, visibly boosting growth and presence in the K12 sector on a national level.

Strategy Development:

  • Show proficiency in crafting and executing detailed, region-specific strategies that align with our organizational initiatives, ensuring a tailored approach to each region's unique safety climate and political landscape.

Education:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the education sector, including the nuances of school procurement processes and the dynamics of decision-making in educational institutions.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Excel in identifying and engaging potential school clients, leveraging your understanding of the education sector to meet their specific needs and drive the adoption of Evolv's safety solutions.

Brand Awareness in Education Vertical:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance Evolv's visibility and reputation within the education vertical, ensuring that our brand is synonymous with innovation, reliability, and commitment to school safety.

You will be joining the Education Vertical sales team in our Revenue organization and reporting directly to the Senior Director of Education Sales. Our team culture is based on building trust, collaboration, on-going development through kindness, authenticity, courage, drive, and fun!

What is the salary range?
