The Role
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the success and health of our client's projects. We are looking for an experienced project manager who is well-versed in client management, executing plans, timelines, and a natural problem solver.
You will oversee the development and success of 6-10 projects with multiple clients while building and supporting client relationships. You thrive in a self-motivated environment and understand how to calmly handle challenging situations. You take ownership of every aspect of your job, from the basics - staying on top of day-to-day tasks - to the strategic - like developing a deep understanding of a campaign's goals and the client's objectives.
Requirements
Project Management
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects for your clients.
- Assign design and creative tasks while being the gatekeeper between clients and internal team members.
- First line of defensive to problem solve issues that arise within the project delivery.
- Ensure that all projects are being delivered according to expectations and timelines.
- Meet with internal teams and clients on a regular basis to review progress and performance.
Client Services
- Develop an understanding of your client's goals and objectives for each project.
- Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted partner.
- Promptly address any client satisfaction issues with the clients and internal team members.
- Collaborate with your Account Executive to brainstorm ways to grow the client.
Experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in day-to-day management on a variety of projects
- 1+ year of client facing experience
- Proven problem solver and conflict resolver
- Experience managing multiple projects / clients at one time
- Above average presentation and communication skills
- Experience with multiple technologies and a willingness and comfortability to learn new ones
- Self-driven with a bias towards action
- Organized and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- 1+ year of B2B experience
- Familiarity with digital demand generation
- Familiarity with a project management platform
