Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Centennial, CO (hybrid)

Role Summary:

In this role, you'll be tasked with providing day-to-day HR support to the organization. You will address and resolve a wide variety of HR-related inquiries and issues and ensure HR programs and processes are effectively implemented. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Administer various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and employee recognition programs
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance

Requirements

You'll Need These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary Range: $57k -$65k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
