The HR Generalist is responsible for driving business strategies, shaping the employee experience, and fostering leadership success. The HR Generalist will achieve this by supporting employees in a wide variety of HR activities.The HR Generalist will also be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for local and international positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to both employees and managers in compensation and benefits administration. Assists employees with benefits issues, mid-year changes, new employee benefits and related.
  • Maintains positive employee relations with the workforce.
  • Identify and aggregate training needs within the business, region, or geography supported.
  • Assists with ensuring mandated safety programs, EEO/AAP and related comply with regulations and guidelines.
  • Partner with leaders to align HR deliverables with business strategy.
  • Interface with Global HR staff on HR projects, design and implement new or revised policies, processes, programs and HR operations on day-to-day HR activities.
  • Coordinate the full hiring cycle, from job postings to job fairs, to pre-employment processes and onboarding
    • Obtain information from internal clients (managers and supervisors) in order to define the profile of the candidates sought (status of the employee, requirements and skills required, conditions of employment, tests and training required, etc.;
    • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies and stay abreast of new trends;
    • Search for candidates from all relevant sources and approach passive candidates (headhunting) when necessary;
    • Network through industry contacts, memberships in professional associations and groups, and through employees;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist, preferably from a multi-state environment
  • Must have experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Merger amp; Acquisition HR Integration experience a plus
  • Must have experience in policy development and maintenance communication rollout
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment.
  • Must have exceptional people skills and be able to interact with employees at all levels
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.
  • Expert Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS system skills
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

This role will be a Work from Home position, but it will be rotating visits to the studios as needed.

The salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and varies per state. The base for this position is between $70,000 - 100,000.
