Job Specification
Requirements:
- Expert at advertising on multiple platforms digitally (Google Ads, Meta: Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter, etc) and in print and other verticals such as display/CTV, etc
- Fabulous at writing high-converting copy and headlines and can guide the designer on the fly and set the tone and standard constantly for better performing creative/copy/materials
- Implements tracking codes/sets goals & events/tracks the right metrics and knows how to optimize the funnel to generate the right results
- Has track record managing and editing budgets for marketing/advertising that provide results and knows when to decrease and increase budgets/properly suggest and make the case to the client
- Implements processes/procedures & SOPs that help optimize the company and client for best growth
- Lots of experience using and editing settings/products/analytics within Shopify/Wordpress & can do basic HTML/CSS and knows Google Analytics super well
- Is a split testing & conversion rate optimization (CRO) expert who always is continuously and always running some kind of A/B & multivariate test or experiment to find the best landing page/creative/ad/copy/survey response/etc to improve Adtheon’s own marketing as well as each client
- Takes platform calls and attends key marketing and advertising conferences consistently throughout the year and brings the latest and greatest trends and strategies from the conferences/calls into the company’s marketing and the clients to maximize performance
- Excellent at starting campaigns and continuously optimizing on the fly for the best results
- Google Ads: 4+ years
