As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple operations of our tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to the clients. Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expert knowledge and understanding of tax laws, regulations, and strategies
- Provide comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients
- Review and analyze tax returns, work papers, and financial statements
- Identify tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Supervise and mentor a team of tax associates and senior associates
- Participate in business development activities to expand our client base
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
- Experience with flow-through taxation, partnerships, and S-corporations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
