As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, checking them in, and verifying package details. You'll also be responsible for answering any questions they may have about the Branson area and providing personalized recommendations for shows, attractions, lodging, and more.
Essential Job Functions
- Check guests in and verify package details.
- Review the guests' information and verify qualifications for various package options.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and answer questions about the Branson area.
- Process credit card and cash transactions.
- Sell and book shows, attractions, lodging, and other accommodations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
