We are currently expanding our division and looking for driven, passionate members to join our TEAM in Southwest Florida. Where you work matters. Position is located in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Requirements

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of our Sales amp; Marketing team, leading the charge in managing the exciting marketing initiatives for our Division's new home communities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage divisional website administration and content audits amp; updates
  • Coordinate Realtor functions and community events
  • Assist the Sales Team in creating new marketing venues and ideas to drive traffic to their communities
  • Help the Sales Team assess marketing needs and develop individual marketing plans
  • Review and prioritize projects, providing direction to the divisional graphic artist for marketing collateral and monitoring project completion
  • Conduct interviews with new and existing media and signage vendors, analyzing processes that align with Company objectives
  • Obtain and analyze price quotes, reviewing and recommending courses of action
  • Create effective media plans and negotiate media contracts
  • Analyze marketing flowchart and job list
  • Procure media, traffic artwork, and ensure the successful delivery of ads including tracking tearsheets and reports
  • Analyze marketing budget and ensure accurate monthly marketing expenditures
  • Analyze internet and sales center traffic
  • Coordinate new model sales center set up with Corporate signage company
  • Coordinate the launch of new community websites with internal teams
  • Recommend, Organize and Implement marketing plans amp; ideas for events amp; New Community Grand Openings
  • Coordinate activities and act as a liaison between V.P. of Sales amp; Marketing and vendors for furnishing and decorating model homes
  • Verify all marketing invoices
  • Assess and update all community signage and sales center collateral
  • Coordinate and update all sales subscriptions, dues, and awards with Homebuilding Associations
  • Coordinate with Ad Agency on special events such as Parade of Homes, Grand Openings, etc.
  • Purchase promotional items and distribute them to the sales team for special events
  • Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required
  • Assist with the ordering of closing gifts

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Swift decision-making, strong judgment, and excellent analytical abilities
