Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Sales Representative with power generator parts sales experience to join their team West Memphis, Arkansas. This dynamic role involves working directly with their valued clients and ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. Responsibilities
- Generates sales to customers for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on all generator makes and models.
- Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations.
- Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts.
- Attend and work industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships.
- Create and implement strategies for generator service and rental growth.
- Work closely with the clients sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities.
- Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Service Manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
- Maintains and submits accurate and timely expense reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a MVR (insurable of company vehicle insurance)
